Morgan Taylor Cancellation Policy

We understand if you are unable to make it to your appointment, however we do ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. Any missed/no-show/late arrival appointments may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service.

Card on File Policy

Vibrant color services, color correction services, balayage services, and services that take the stylist 3 hours or more will require a card on file.

Deposit Policy

For new clients, vibrant color services, color correction services, and balayage services will require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards the services unless the appointment is cancelled.

Extra Time Policy

Any service that takes the stylist more time than the standard time slot will include an additional charge of $10 for every extra 15 minutes.

Return Policy

We do accept returns on all of our retail products (excluding makeup); however, we do not give cash refunds, only store credit.

Promotional Offer Policy

One promotional offer per guest. Offers exclude Fresh Talent Stylists.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
