New Guest Cancellation Policy

We are currently requesting all our new guests to Morgan Taylor to place a credit card on file. This information is completely confidential and secure, and we will delete your information once you arrive to your first appointment. However, in the case that a 24 hour notice is not received and/or a “no-show” occurs, there will be a minimum $50 missed appointment fee charged to the card on file. If the appointment we have scheduled for said guest is an amount over $100, the charge will be 50% of the services.

Cancellation Policy

We understand if you are unable to make it to your appointment, however, we do ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. If you start to make a habit of “no-showing” or last-minute cancellations, you will have to rely on walk-in services only or place a credit card on file in order to reschedule. From then on, any missed/no-show/late arrival appointments will result in a $50 minimum missed appointment fee charged to the card on file. If the appointment we have scheduled for said guest is an amount over $100, the charge will be 50% of the services.

Return Policy

We do accept returns on all of our retail products; however, we do not give cash refunds, only store credit.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
